Job Description
- Hospitality-Operations Management: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hospital, including hospitality, catering of Food & Beverage, and front office services, to ensure they meet the set standards and regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring the hospital meets standards and regulations, implementing quality assurance programs to improve patient care and safety.
- Financial Oversight: Managing the hospital's budget, overseeing billing, and implementing financial strategies to ensure the hospital remains profitable while maintaining high standards of care.
- Staff Management: Recruiting, training, and supervising staff, including doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and support personnel. This also involves performance evaluation, developing staff skills, and ensuring a high level of employee morale and job satisfaction.
- Customer Relations: Addressing patient concerns and feedback, and working to improve the patient experience within the hospital.
- Public Relations and Marketing: Promoting the hospital's services to the public and potential patients, managing public relations efforts, and developing marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
- Facility Management: Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the hospital facilities, ensuring that all areas are safe for patients and staff.
