About Our Client
Our client is a Global Lubricant Company. Currently looking for a General Manager that will be responsible of growing the business through both internal sales and acquisitions while managing sales managers and implementing global business strategies.
Job Description
- Develop and implement Indonesia strategy and business plans to achieve targets
- Build a strong distribution system for B2C and B2B products
- Make high-level decisions on policy and strategy
- Lead and motivate a high performing team
- Grow the business and solidify market position
- Manage budgets and financials
- Ensure legal compliance and operational efficiency
- Travel extensively for business purposes
The Successful Applicant
- Have at least 20 years of experience in the lubricant industry, with strong business acumen and a proven track record of success
- Well exposed to the B2C automotive channel
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia and be able to work effectively with senior management
- Good strategic thinking, ability to identify and address business challenges, develop innovative solutions, and lead the company towards growth
- A strong communicator and team leader who can create a positive and productive work environment
