We are currently partnering with a multinational company who is expanding their business unit into the property and hospitality sector. They are currently looking for a competent General Manager to help them in this time of growth.
Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction objectives of overall facility.
- Main role is to set up the new business strategy, business operations and organisation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy rates, average daily rate (ADR), revenue per available room (RevPAR), and guest satisfaction scores.
- Maintain high standards of guest service satisfaction by ensuring that all guests receive prompt and courteous service.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate new business staffs across various business and departments.
- Manage business finances by preparing and monitoring strategies to attract guests and increase revenue.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness, safety, and security throughout the facility.
- Build positive relationships with the local community, business, and government agencies to enhance the facility's reputation and contribute to its success.
