Leading a team of more than 12 dynamic people including Managers, Supervisors and Executives in area of Marketing & Sales, you will direct, steer, motivate and monitor team activities to achieve specific goals in respective job functions and its related KPIM. 

You will report directly and have exclusive access to Marketing & Sales Director, President Director and Shareholders.

You will also be involved in strategic business development and will have a significant role in contributing to company’s course of success.

Your main duties will be:

1. Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring, and forecasting to better understand the market
2. Continually assess our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales
3. Stay up-to-date on current market trends
4. Work collaboratively with the sales team to assess current projections
5. Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals
6. Collaborate with marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers
7. Take calculated risks to increase profitability and brand recognition
8. Work in a hands-on fashion, building the team—provide motivation and inspiration
9. Set the precedent for excellence through leading by example
10. Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value

Requirement:

1. Age max 30
2. Bachelor or Master Degree with 2 years minimum experience as Assistant Director or Manager in Marketing & Sales and/or Business Development.
3. Master business, Marketing & Sales strategies, excellent tactician, high achiever and possess practical experience.
4. POSITIVE MINDSET, able to align and implement company’s Vision & Mission in the team.
5. Excellent PEOPLE SKILL, excellent crisis/conflict management. Possess broad insight and helicopter point of view about things.
6. Excellent LEADERSHIPS, able to an energetic and dynamic TEAM.
7. Able to work in a team to achieve goals. Result and process oriented.
