This position (General Manager of Human Resources) is for our client who will be placed in Batulicin, South Kalimantan, Indonesia.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site General Manager of Human Resources role located in Batulicin. The role involves overseeing the company's HR department, developing and implementing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The General Manager of HR will also be responsible for recruitment, retention, and employee relations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop plans and policies for matters such as employee compensation, benefits, health, and safety, etc
- Develop and implement strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development, etc.
- Managing and reporting on payroll, recruitment, and internal working regulations and policies
- Oversee all the HR activities, initiatives, systems, and tactics
- Work on staff productivity and satisfaction through implementing strategies
- Mentor and support the HR team and general staff
- Ensure team leaders have the appropriate skills and knowledge to guide their teams
- Oversee recruitment strategies and ensure that effective onboarding strategies are being followed
- Providing data and analysis to inform decision-making for management, including scorecards and ad hoc analysis/insights in all business units
Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, Psychology or Human Resources Management major preferred
- Proven experience as a General Manager of Human Resources or similar role
- Strong Knowledge of Indonesian labor law and regulations
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Confidence in maintaining quality relationships between staff and the company
- Demonstrated ability to establish key relationships with business leaders
