Our company is one of the largest integrated property developer with a development portfolio consist of the largest mixed-use superblock on the central business district in Jakarta, reputable hotels spread across Java and Sumatera as well as well-known waterpark and amusement park. 

The company is currently focusing on developing residential area projects which are township developments in Sidoarjo, East Java. This township has development potential of up to 2,000 ha.

General Manager Operational (“GMO”)

Requirements: 

• Age maximal 45 years old, male or female
• Able to communicate in English both written and verbal
• Bachelor’s Degree from any discipline (more preferable Civil Engineering) with at least 10 years working experience in Project Development and/or Real Estate Industry, and at least 5 years of experience as Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of Project Management.
• Experience in handling residential and high-rise building projects.
• People person, good communication, negotiation, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with construction scheduling software.

Job Detail: 

• Overseeing and organizes daily business operations related to projects development and operations.
• Measures productivity by analyzing performance data, accounting & financial data, and activity reports. 
• Coordinates with other support departments such as Human Resources, Accounting & Finance, Sales & Marketing and Project Development to ensure on-time projects construction and delivery, and profitable operations.
• Developing and implementing growth strategies.
• Creating, controling and managing budgets.
• Improving revenue.
• Evaluating performance and productivity.
• Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
• Generating reports and giving presentations to Board of Directors
