The company is currently focusing on developing residential area projects which are township developments in Bogor, Sidoarjo, & Kalianda. This township has development potential of up to 2,000 ha.

Finance & Accounting Manager (“FAM”)

Requirements: 

• Age maximal 40 years old, male or female
• Bachelor’s of Accounting from reputable university (min GPA is 3.00)
• Having experience min 3 years in Registered Public Accountants and Public Listed Companies (Tbk) and at least 5 years of experience as Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and/or knowledge in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Finance-Accounting software.
• Able to communicate in English both written and verbal.

Job Detail: 

• Prepare accounting and financial reporting and analysis to provide business information to the management and commercial team.
• Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial reports and performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Coordinates with other support departments such as Human Resources, Sales & Marketing and Project Development to ensure on-time Management Reports.
• Creating, controling and managing budgets.
• Generating reports and giving presentations to Board of Directors.
• Review accounting policies and procedures constantly and identify areas of improvements.
