Responsibilities
• Identify and target potential clients for our BPO services through research, networking, and outreach efforts• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new business• Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers• Understand client needs and pain points to propose tailored BPO solutions• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients• Clearly articulate the benefits and value proposition of our BPO services• Collaborate with the proposal team to develop customized proposals that address client requirements• Present proposals and respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner• Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and agreements• Close deals by obtaining client commitments and contracts
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field• 5+ years of successful experience in BPO sales or a related industry• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools• Understanding of BPO processes, technologies, and industry best practices
