Global Oral Care Finance Manager - Indonesia

PERSONAL CARE
Personal Care Business categories: Skin Cleansing, Deodorants, and Oral Care. It includes brands you love like Dove, Rexona, Lux, Axe, and Lifebuoy. The business group has strong presence across both developed and emerging market and holds number one/two position across of its key markets.
The Global Brand and R&D Finance team partners our global cross-functional business teams to set and implement strategy, drive impactful innovation, and ensure value generation across value chain of the business. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
The accepted candidate will partner Personal Care's Oral category and Pepsodent and close up brand. As a member of the Brand Leadership Team, you will have end-to-end responsibility driving long term value creation and strategy in following main areas:
Business Partnering:
- Partners Global Brand team shapes strategy for the category and brand by utilizing 5 growths fundamental.
- Commercially shape the mid to long term direction of brand via Financial Growth Model of Competitive, Consistent, Profitable, and Sustainable Growth.
- Lead the team to conduct deep dives of our business across markets and segments, identify opportunities for growth and/or profitability improvement.
Innovation:
- Translates strategy and financial growth model into topline and bottom-line target of in-year and future funnel.
- Contributes to development of innovation funnel aligned with category and brand strategy of faster growth and/or profitability improvement.
- Develop & lead business cases for global innovations, in collaboration with the global brand teams, the BU counterparts as well as the R&D and CMI communities.
Fuel for Growth:
- Partner cross functional team to deliver 5S ambition across levers of Smart Product, Smart Sourcing, Simplification, and Mix Improvement.
- Partner cross functional team and be champion to BU for Net Revenue Management. Be responsible in leading L3 and L4 across brand's innovation projects.
- Partner Brand Team to demonstrate ZBB behaviour across marketing spend to maximize return of investment.
Sustainability:
- Partners Global and BG Sustainability Team to shape sustainability investment into Financial Growth Model
- Deep dive and bring insight to commercialize sustainability across brand's innovation project.
Dynamic Resource Allocation:
- Dynamic resource allocation best fit category and brand growth priorities.
- Category strategic investment analysis and actions with top markets
Team and People leadership:
- Build the Brand Finance team branding as a centre for quality analytics, actionable insights, and impactful communication.
- Work closely with other colleagues across the Personal Care Finance team to create and drive people activities, build a high-achieving and caring team, champion agile way of working, develop and grow talent for the Finance community.
KEY INTERACTIONS
- Business Group Finance that includes BG CFO, BG Finance Leads, Strategy Leads, and their team member
- Global Brand Team that includes Global Brand Vice President and its leadership team
- Business Group Marketing Leadership team that includes CMO, R&D Leads, and Category Leads
- Cross-functional business teams in BUs and markets
- Global Finance function that includes but not limited to FET, Commercial Experience, and Controllers. Knowledge & Skills

Experience required
- Professional finance qualification equivalent to CA, CIMA, ACCA.
- Over 7-8 years' experience in financial, operational and business partnering roles preferably within BB, SC or CD.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to respond under pressure.
- Experience in managing a large and complex set of stakeholders
- Experience of working with and influencing senior leaders within the organisation
- Experience in presenting to and communicating with senior Finance and non-Finance stakeholders
- Demonstrated competency at growing and developing people / teams
- Experience of working in multi-national teams and/or a virtual team environment would be an advantage.
