Description
To oversee activities and processes related to product planning, marketing and sales planning of mass segment in order to drive mass segment revenue, mass segment profitability growth and also contribute to the overall revenue and profitability growth
- Develop market understanding of mass segment
- Manage the development, launching and product life cycle management for mass segment products
- Manage the tracking of mass segment product performance and course correcting when deemed necessary
- Manage, increase and / or maintain mass segment customer satisfaction
- Manage and oversee mass segment marketing and communication activities, including ATL, BTL and digital advertising campaign
- Design and establish the channels for mass segment product sales and marketing
- Develop and manage mass segment touch points activities and operations
- Develop and manage mass segment customer acquisition and customer retention strategies and their execution
Requirements :
- Min Bachelor’ degree
- Min. 10 years relevant experience in Product Sales & Marketing including at least 5 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities.
- Strong managing PnL
- Good in pricing management
