- Creates proposals by obtaining RFP from Account Executive and adds client information into the company CRM system
- Align all identified and anticipated customer requirements and negotiates with various reliable suppliers to craft competitive quotations
- Coordinates with suppliers regarding the arrangement of services of each group during the entirety of their trip (flight, accommodation, tours, transfers, meals, etc.)
- Closely works with Sales Team to realize leads for leisure groups from our agents
- Prepares itineraries, vouchers, travel kits, etc. for materialized groups
- Assists the documentation team in completing the clients' visa requirements
- Provides on-going tour support before, during and after working hours
- Collates all contacts and creates fruitful partnerships and networking with various hotels, tour operators, etc.
- Builds strong relationships with internal and external customers
- Prepares monthly reservation reports and submits them to the Operations Manager
- May be asked to travel for work from time to time
