Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of gym operations, including staffing, scheduling, and facility maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive membership growth and retention.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Oversee sales and marketing initiatives to promote the gym and attract new members.
- Monitor financial performance and budgetary adherence, and take appropriate action to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve individual and team goals.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for members and staff, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the fitness industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of fitness equipment and training techniques.
