PROJECT MANAGER
Job Description & Responbility :
• Responsible for execution and successful completion of projects
• Management for project schedule, project progress especially technical wise
• Proficient in project skill training for the project team
• Deliver construction progress on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, architects, consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers
• Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
• Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs
• Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
Job Requirement :
• Bachelor Degree’s from Civil Engineering or Architecture is more preferred
• Minimum 3 – 5 years experience
• Maximum 40 years old
• Excellence Communication & negotiation skills
• Solid technical background and managerial skills
• Excellence in project management skills (Budgeting and managing project timelines)
• Problem-solving and leadership skills.
• mandarin language active/passive preferable
