Your role as a HRGA Staff in general is to assist Director in coordinating and arranging human resource activities effectively as well as performing office general affairs, hence pivotal to ensure achievement of business objectives.
Job Description:
- Conduct administrative HR duties such as registering BPJS for new employees, payment for BPJS and PPh21, issuing reference letters, employee warning notice, monitoring employee's attendance, create, update and maintain employee-related documents and contracts, and other obligations regarding human resources.
- Build and maintain a good relationship with related government institutions (such as Disnaker, BPJS TK, BPJS Kesehatan, etc).
- Responsible for the entire recruitment process (creating advertisements, posting job vacancies, conducting selections, and conducting interviews for prospective employees.
- Responsible for the management and implementation of employee entry, resignation, regulation, and salary adjustments.
- Coordinate and arrange business meetings/conferences/travels such as ticketing, accommodation, and transportation and to ensure they are well arranged and on time.
- Manage, provide and maintain office place, supplies and assets to ensure these all are well maintained and operational ready.
- Conduct Training Need Analysis when needed
- Develop and update Job Description, Company Regulation, and Company SOP
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Law, or Psychology from reputable universities
- Experience in leading informal organization is an advantage
- Updated with Indonesian Labor Law and Omnibus Law
- Minimum of two year in the same position
- Experience in Human Resource and General Affairs activities, including HR administration, recruitment, payroll, tax and BPJS
- Proactive, Agile, self-disciplined and self-motivated
- Good communication skills and good problem-solving skills
- Have excellent skills in multitasking, administration, attention to details, and organization
