HR & GA STAFF
Technical. Supervisory, and People Skills Required:
- Handling and managing the HR matters such as recording the attendance report, compensation, and benefit for all employees.
- Manage the organization's employee database, contract, legal document and prepare reports.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Familiar with labor law
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
- Handling health insurance, BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Claim reimbursement for employees.
- Managing HR & GA vendor payment
- Understanding General affair: Licensing, Asset Management, Procurement of work equipment/Stationary, Controlling employee Performance, Maintenance and cleaning of office areas, Maintenance of Operational vehicles, cleaners and security.
Requirements :
- Candidate must process at least a Bachelor's Degree, Management, Psychology or Equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience as HR & GA Dept
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills
- Proficient in English both oral and written, and also in Microsoft Office
- Good Attitude, communication skills, proactive and detail oriented.
