Requirement :
- Max. 30 years old
- Have experience as an active Leader min. 3 years.
- Candidate must possess at least Academic Diploma or D3 in Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management/ Food & Beverage or any relevant field.
- Have an excellent expertise in making bread, rolls, pastries, pies, cookies, cakes and other bakery and patisserie dishes in Indonesian and what’s on trend.
- Have a knowledge of the baking process, start by measuring, mixing ingredients, rolling, and shaping to recipe specifications.
- Have managerial skills for bakery and patisserie schemes.
- Certified GMP, HACCP and any relevant food safety handling systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to details, accuracy and good problem solving skills
- Honest, hardworking, and highly motivated person
Job Desc :
- Responsible for Bakery and Patisserie Kitchen Subdepartment team.
- Planning, executing, and evaluating R&D process due to management goals.
- Leading, training and developing SOP.
- Managing creations, sustainability, quality, and customer satisfactions of all products under Bakery and patisserie kitchen subdepartment responsibility.
- Constantly oversees product quality and makes necessary modifications and develop recipes.
- Maintain and manage all Bakery and Patisserie Kitchen Subdepartment activities to meet all standards and regulations that applied.
