Head Chef (F&B Industry)

Are you looking for your next challenge ? We are seeking an experience Head Chef to join our team in F&B industry (Excelso). Come join us.

What you do :

• Supervise the preparation of all food
• Ensure meals are produced on time, and sufficient quantities are available for the various areas
• Oversee and monitor the work of kitchen staff to ensure all tasks are done as required
• Manage kitchen stocks and Ensure the security of all alcoholic and non alcoholic drink stocks

We are looking for you who :

• Qualified Chef for at least 3 years in top kitchen management
• Vast knowledge in culinary arts, including any new up and coming food trends
• Experience in creating SOP and calculating COGS
