Client Details
Our client is a leading technology company in Indonesia with carefully crafted products under their platform. The team is looking for a Head of Account Payable to head the AP function, business partner with senior leadership to support the region's growth ambitions.
Description
- Support the company in optimizing its financial transactions and systems
- Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payments
- Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process
- Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting
- Comply with national and local financial regulations
- Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
- Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry
- Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation
- Generate purchase orders when necessary
- Obtain and print signatures on all checks
- Assist senior financial officers as needed
Profile
- Bachelor Degree of Business/ Economics/ Accounting and/or equivalent professional qualification
- Ideally between 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, preferably from Big 4, and multinational company
- Fluent in English is a MUST
- Recognised team leader with good interpersonal skills
- Proactive in problem-solving and client management
- Meticulous and detailed
