Uraian Tugas

As the Head of Brand, you will be responsible to develop, plan, implement and monitor marketing activities to improve our brand awareness, top of mind, value and which in turn generate profitable returns for the company and shareholders. You will have the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to lead an engaging and creative brand across Indonesia and unleash your creative self

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Brand Marketing activities by overseeing the creation of engaging designs and content for the business’s marketing programs across online and offline channels to ensure proper and consistent communication and embodiment of the brand’s identity
  • Lead design and coordinate events, marketing projects, and advertisement campaigns for the brand and product to win market top of mind, awareness and conversion to ultimately generate sales
  • Lead market research efforts to understand customers’ perception and behaviour and formulate effective marketing strategies to drive consumer understanding and insight for our customer to have stronger and impactful brand experiences
  • Lead product innovation activities in developing great selling products across several departments within the company to acquire new users and grow sales
  • Analyse the effectiveness of all marketing activities in order to optimise performance and spends while maximizing guest acquisition and growing sales.
  • Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the brand’s guidelines to ensure compliance
  • Closely monitor and analyse sales volumes, market share trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and executing promotional initiatives to profitably increase consumption within budgeted parameters.
  • Identify and develop growth opportunities for the business across the company’s digital and on- premise assets to grow sales profitably
  • Coordinate product management and/or cost reduction projects with internal and external resources to achieve results (product development, production planning, trade promotion, sales, market research, consultants and advertising agencies).
