Head of Business (Sutures/Wound Management)

Under Business Unit Head supervision, in coordination with Product Management, and close cooperation with KAM and Sales Management team, responsible for the execution of all Marketing related strategy, objectives and activities, to achieve sales targets, increasing profitability, implement process and strategy in area responsibility effectively, balancing the demands of multiple internal and external customers, while achieving a high ROl on sales resource.
Duties and responsibilities
- Implement marketing strategy for Business Unit.
- Continually strive for building better competitive advantage in the current and future business; build an in-depth knowledge of customer, competitor, and market.
- Monitor product development and implementation product launch in area responsibility.
- Actively influence the identification/ development of new product opportunities, based on market's needs in the area of responsibility.
- Monitor the management of implemented product complaints.
- Responsible for individual sales achievement, maintain and increase business growth and contribute to company performance (selling-out).
- Manage discount and propose Discount Proposal (e-DPF) in coordination with BU Head, & Head of Channel.
- Develop and maintain good relationship with key customers and alliances with customer, strategic alliances, industry associations, suppliers, and vendors that promote the goodwill of the company and serve its interests best.
- Ensure that marketing operations are carried out with the highest level of ethics, in line with company policies, industrial code and local law regulations.
- Ensure that all hospital contract agreements are completed accurately and in full compliance with company policy and submitted the agreement to the respective department in a proper and timely fashion.
- Control compliance activities of direct & indirect reports, include expenses.
Professional competencies
- University degree or Master Degree in Natural Science, Marketing or Business.
- 2-5 years experiences in pharma / medical device industry with at least 3-5 years sales & marketing field experiences.
- At least 2-5 years people leadership experiences.
