Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field with
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in a Corporate Strategy and Planning role within the insurance or financial services industry
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing corporate strategies that drive business results
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
• Strong leadership qualities with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing business needs
• Visionary thinking with the ability to anticipate industry trends and formulate strategies accordingly
