Alamat- Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity, compliance, and access control.
- Drive the enhancement of Enterprise data infrastructure by designing and implementing underlying logic and structure for data setup, cleansing, and storage.
- Construct robust systems and reusable code modules to solve problems across the team and organization focusing on long-term maintenance and support of the application.
- Utilize the latest open-source tools, libraries, platforms, and languages to develop data products enabling interaction with large and complex data sets.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams in a collaborative and agile environment to design rich data visualizations and interactive tools.
- Mentor engineers and establish forward-looking Data and technology objectives.
- Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture and assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.
- Build analytics tools to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics.
- Address data-related technical issues and support data infrastructure needs of various stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data, and Finance Teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a related consulting, analyst, or engineer role with a focus on data governance.
- Proficiency in Data Engineering programming languages (e.g. Python, SQL) with at least four (4) years of experience.
- Extensive experience with streaming and big data tools such as Kafka, Spark and familiarity with relational SQL and NoSQL databases.
- At least 2 years of experience with Cloud computing and/or DevOps.
- Familiarity with data pipeline and workflow management tools like Airflow, and GCP cloud services including Big Query.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, metabase or similar tools) is a plus.
