- Providing strategic legal advice to the company's management and board of directors.
- Overseeing the development and implementation of Legal policies and procedures.
- Ensuring that the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Managing legal risks and protecting the company's legal interests.
- Negotiating and drafting contracts and other legal documents.
- Representing the company in legal disputes and negotiations.
- Overseeing the work of other in-house lawyers and outside counsel.
- Providing training and guidance to other employees on legal matters.
- Staying informed about changes in the legal landscape and advising the company on the potential impact of these changes.
- Developing and managing the legal department budget.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Law (preferably in Master Degree in Law or Notary)
- At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably certified PERADI License
- Familiar with the licensing process, especially telecommunications companies
- Strong understanding of business law and the ability to provide practical and effective legal advice to clients
- Understand civil, criminal, business, corporate, PKPU, & bankruptcy laws
- Thorough in reviewing agreements, other legal documents related to the company's business activities
- Capability of litigation of Legal issues and assistance with legal officials
- Fluent in english both oral and written
