Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Responsible for directing the implementation and managing the execution of the organisations total rewards global strategy, programs, and initiatives in the UK regions.
  • Partner and collaborate to understand the global rewards strategy including global project work in partnership with the global total reward teams
  • Provide leadership and direction to ensure that the organisations benefits strategy and compensation in the region aligns to engage and retain top talent.
  • Provide strategic consultation to HR Business Partners and the business on compensation and incentive proposals.
  • Recommend and implement changes as appropriate to support competitive market practice
  • Lead in the development and implementation of new health and wellness initiatives in partnership with the business to build a culture of wellness.
  • Develop key relationships with Benefits Brokers/Consultants and vendor partners to ensure benefits are designed competitively and delivered across the business.
  • Lead the Compensation function to manage and implement the UK Annual Performance and Compensation Cycle in partnership with the UK HR team
  • Provide leadership and guidance to compensation team,
  • Oversee the participation in various compensation surveys and the management of the market data process, including job matching and data analysis for the UK
  • Proactively keep abreast of changes to regulatory legislation impacting Total Rewards practices
  • Ensure Total Rewards philosophy and practices are in line with regulatory requirements, including, but not limited to Solvency II and the Prudential Regulation Agency (PRA) and be able to recommend changes to programs or practices in response to current and future regulations
  • Prepare and present materials for various remuneration governance (for example UK Pay Gap)
