- Responsible for the sales performance of certain products (specific products) through the B2B channel
- Designing sales strategies from data and field conditions for the sales team to achieve company targets
- Provide assistance and direction to the sales team to improve the performance of the sales team
- Supervise the performance of the sales team in various B2B sales channels
- Analyze customer needs and market trends
- Opening new markets for West Java Province
- Create & present a report on the performance of the sales team
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience as Regional Sales B2B in the FMCG industry / F&B
- Have extensive experience and networking in the field of B2B
- Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Target and data-oriented
- Have good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Have good communication & negotiation skills
- Willing to work in the field and travel to all parts of West Java
- Willing to relocate to all parts of Indonesia
