Head Of Supply Chain

Requirements: 

• Minimal bachelor's degree from Industrial Engineering (master degree is a plus).
• Have minimum 10 years experiences in Supply Chain &/ Warehouse Management &/ PPIC &/ Transportation Management.
• Preferable certified in CSCP [Supply Chain Professional Certification] / CPIM [Production & Inventory Management] /  CLTD [Logistics, Transportation, & Distribution] / Green Belt Six Sigma Certified.
• Have a Strong Communication, Negotiation skill, and Problem solving abilities.
• Must have Experiences in analysing data.

Job Description:

• Ensuring all company Supply Chain activities are maintained at the level of on time in full with effectiveness and efficiency.
• Playing a role, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and actively participating as a member of the Operations Leadership team to ensure the company's vision and mission are executed from a Supply Chain perspective.
• Translating Compelling Business Needs (CBN) into clear and measurable KPIs and continuously providing inspiration and motivation to all team members to achieve Supply Chain Excellence (Optimum Inventory, Lower DOI, Optimum Warehouse Utilization, 100% C2S, Lower cost, etc).
• Conducting Control & Monitoring of the entire Supply Chain activities to maintain optimal operational levels of the Supply Chain.
• Addressing operational challenges and issues both independently and collectively and providing sustainable improvement steps from a Supply Chain perspective.
• Planning and implementing initiatives within the scope of the Supply Chain Department to ensure all activities and plans align with the company's short-term and long-term plans.
