Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree any major;
- At least 2 years of working experience as QA Supervisor at Manufacturing industries in handling Market Quality Claim (customer complaint);
- Able to communication in English (verbal and written)
- Having ability to operate computer and Ms Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Understanding about 7QC tool, graph and statistic data analyze
- Understanding about ISO 9001 : 2015
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability in manage a team
Job Description :
• Making daily, weekly and monthly market report and analyze;
• Handling customer complaint to all OTC and follow up critical issue to related vendor;
• Input/upload service document to GCC application, including updating if any additional;
• Verification and claim loss closing every month;
• Team building Quality Assurance team.
