Job Description
Create QA team metrics, script, and a scorecard to facilitate proper collection by the operation team.
Conduct assessment & monitoring on collection activities for each channel by conducting analysis on sampling results by QA members based on parameters that have been set.
Conduct sampling activities on QA member sampling results to ensure the high accuration results provided.
Analyze incoming complaints and ensure the SLA, identify SOP violations & disciplinary given refer to procedure.
Analyze collection operations productivity, collection fraud issues/potential, and other available data to identify process error.
Conduct review on the data tracking and recommend to fix it if any error occurs.
Conduct review on the SOP to ensure alignment with our current needs and recommend revamp or add if needed.
Implement clear overall quality strategy with scalable process, tools and system that allow efficient monitoring of collection performance
Ability to provide conduct feedback on the quality of the agent's call to improve the skill and quality of the negotiation
Requirements
Minimum 3-5years having experience/understanding in collection process
Having at least 3 Years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in Collection Process Quality Assurance or Collection Process Audit is a plus
Bachelor degree (S1) from relevant major is preferred
Strong Understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
Hands-on Experience in manual and automation testing plan, test case creation and execution
Strong Knowledge of Software QA Methodologies, tools and processes
High curiosity, meticulous, critical, strong analytical thinking, problem solving skills display good attention to detail
Good communication skills, able to share information systematically and clearly
Advanced Knowledge of Project Management
Fast learner and able to switch fundamental understanding from his/her current industries expertise into Lending Business
Able to adapt quickly in new environment
Proficient with Ms Office Especially in Excel or Gsheet
Able in making reports in English and also able to communicate in English
