HEAD PASTRY/VIENNOISERIE OPENING FOR KINOKIMI BANDUNG

BASED IN BANDUNG 

Ensures the smooth and efficient operation and control of the bakery and production on a day-to-day basis according to the company policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production, quality, and presentation of various pastry/viennoiserie for KINOKIMI COFFEEE.

• Responsible for efficient control, stocking, dispensing, and security of all commodities in all designated pastry kitchens.

• Maintain the hygiene, SOP, & Health protocol according to standard & regulation required.

• Ensure the service of food is completely to satisfaction and up to standard required by the company.

• Be fully in charge of managing and training kitchen staff.

• Maintain records of payroll and attendance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with pastry or minimum 1 year experience as head pastry.

• Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management

• Willing to work flexible working hours

• Good team work 

• Certification in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking or relevant field is a plus point (sertifikasi dalam bidang culinary, baking, pastries, dan sebagainya adalah nilai tambah)

• Good understanding of useful computer programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)

• BASED IN BANDUNG 

• Mencari kandidat yang bisa bekerja pada hari kerja, Sabtu dan Minggu
• Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
• Pelamar harus memiliki KTP
