Responsibilities
• Ensure store operations run according to SOP and company regulations• Understand all work rules, procedures, standards, and training programs for store employees• Ensure continuous preparation and presentation of all products according to standard store recipes• Ensure quality of service, facility appearance, store cleanliness, and create a positive image and productive work environment• Perform cashier/financial control functions and raw material receiving procedures• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction• Review and develop crew's SOP• Create scheduling and report attendance• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of store equipment• Supervise Head Topping, Head Dought, and their teams to consistently fulfill their tasks and responsibilities in the store• Ensure management programs are implemented effectively
Requirements
• Minimum D3 Management, Pastry/boga/culinary/hospitality or similar education• Maximum age of 30 years• Minimum 2 years experience as Head Store• Quick learner and able to multitask• Adaptable and able to work with the Donat Bahagia kitchen system• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
