- Experienced as a commis, or similar
- Familiar with professional kitchen equipment, and fast pace environment
- Good understanding of food safety practices
- Excel in time management skills
- Able to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Effective teamwork with a friendly attitude
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts
- Certification from a culinary school is a plus
