- Receive and process Housekeeping Orders from guests and staff members.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all order details, including room numbers, requested services, and special instructions.
- Coordinate with the housekeeping team to prioritize and schedule order fulfillment.
- Communicate any changes or updates to orders promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns related to Housekeeping Orders.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
- Keep accurate records of all orders, including billing information and payment details.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
