Job summary
Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant and ensure guest satisfaction.Train, supervise, counsel, and discipline restaurant staff.Schedule staff shifts and ensure optimal staffing levels.

Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant and ensure guest satisfaction.• Train, supervise, counsel, and discipline restaurant staff.• Schedule staff shifts and ensure optimal staffing levels.• Monitor restaurant inventory and ensure that all needed items are ordered.• Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of dining areas and equipment to meet health and safety regulations.
Requirements
• A degree or diploma in Hotel Management.• At least 2-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a significant portion in a supervisory or management role in a Western Restaurant.• Proficient in restaurant management software and point of sale (POS) systems.• Good understanding of food hygiene principles and practices.• A deep appreciation and understanding of western cuisines.
