At least min. 1 year of experience
Proficient in operating Google Sheets and Google Docs
Proven experience in invoicing, preferably within an outsourcing or service-oriented environment
Familiar with click-up project management
Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, customer-oriented, and good time management skills
Experienced as a client service representative
Able to join ASAP
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date personal records
Assist in payroll administration
Manage end-to-end invoicing process
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and information tasks
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to invoicing and personnel administration
Provide exceptional customer service to external stakeholders, related to invoicing and personnel records
