Rinjani Bay seeks an HR professional who is well-rounded, proactive, and capable of handling various HR functions. The position will be based in Sumbawa, Nusa Tenggara Barat.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
Job Description:
- Organize and maintain employee data, update HR database in HRIS.
- Ensure onboarding and offboarding process running well
- Perform administrative task for HR related matters, such as prepare letters and documentations
- Support the management for disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Conduct exit interviews and exit clearances for resigned employees.
- Administer employee attendance for payroll process.
- Maintain communication with HR related stakeholders.
- Participate in all HR activity to ensure employee engagement.
- Organize employee evaluation to make sure performance management.
- Act as point of coordination to relevant government related to HR matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or organizational psychology.
- Proven experience in human resource for a minimum of 2 years.
- Good understanding in payroll process.
- Hands-on knowledge in labor law and human resource process.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.
- Experience in remote area is a plus.
