Hr Executive

A Gym in Pererenan, Bali looking for a talented and enthusiastic HR Executive (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy
• Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements
• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, from job advertisement to candidate selection
• Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and pre-employment screenings
• Develop and oversee performance management systems, including evaluations and goal setting.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, maintain accurate employee records and uphold company policies
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
• Register and deregister employees on BPJS, updating employee database information
• Handle general affairs, including KITAS, RPTKA and general contracts
• Assist with payroll processes and contribute to ad-hoc HR projects
• Act as a bridge between management and employees, addressing demands and grievances
• Supervise staff performance, guide employees, and ensure positive working relationships
• Provide support for other assigned functions as needed

Requirements:

• Fluent in written and verbal English
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role
• Understanding of HR functions, including compensations & benefits, recruitment, and training & development
• Knowledge of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ethics and reliability
• Outstanding leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Has Bachelors in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Social Studies, or a relevant field would be a plus
