-All of general HRGA job role and management -Setting and improving internal systems, setting salary regulations, evaluation regulations, promotion regulations, etc. with 360-degree thought -Industrial relation (Communicating with all members including workers on the field) -New HRIS selection (Based on company situation, will select suitable system), and designing required function and layout, implementation and migration, and also maintaining and updating based on law & regulation update -Other related tasks as assigned Job Requirement
-HRGA Senior manager General manager experience in IPP /Energy/ Manufacturing company which has shifting employee -Business level English
