Human Resource Officer

Role Description
This is a full time Human Resources Officer role with some flexibility for remote work at our operating location in Alam Sutera. The Human Resource Officer will be responsible for managing HR Policies, creating job descriptions, and developing employee relations. They will also be responsible for managing the overall HR function of the company.
Responsibilities
- Employee Lifecycle : Manage end-to-end process and standardization of employee life cycle
- HR Operations: Payroll, contract management, maintain employee record, execute disciplinary action
- Recruitment: Headhunting, vendor engagement, job portal management
- Policies: Update, upkeep, and implement relevant policies
- Management Activities: Manage internal event, new initiatives, administrative and operational reporting
- Operational Support: Financial transactions, executive hiring, procurement, record keeping
- Collaboration: Work closely with CEO, reporting directly and actively contributing to strategic decision-making
- Adaptability: Demontrate flexibility in taking responsibilities to support company's evolving needs with respect to future growth
- Administrative Task: Assist CEO's day-to-day tasks, manage schedule and communications, gathering documents and coordinating travel arrangements
Qualifications
- Language proficiency: English is a must, Chinese (Mandarin) or any other language is a plus
- Strong Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) policies
- Expertise in the development of job description and employee relations
- Excellent communications skills and the ability to work well with others
- Office administration skills, including profiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of HR Laws and regulations in Indonesia
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in executive-level administrative support is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgement in decision-making
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in recruitment, payroll processing, and familiarity with HR software programs.
