Job Description :
- Creating policy, procedure & internal memo for business process improvement
- Socialization regarding system, policy, new procedures to employee
- Conducting compliances employee in all employee process following rules and government regulation
- Maintainining employee database, attendance, turn over, attrition rate
- Maintaining employee documents and agreement following the standard
- Maintaining HRIS System accurately including organization structure, attendance, leaves, and performance management
- Supporting industrial relation for rules, regulation and documents
- Creating employee monthly report and weekly report
Requirements :
- 30-40 years old
- Min. Bachelor degree in Any Major
- Familiar with labor law and HRIS System
- Preferable from retail or food & beverages industry with large scale employee
- Good in data analytics and system
- Good communication
- Willing to travel
