- Responsible for maintaining and updating employee database records in HRIS and other systems.
- Responsible for employee benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries, including insurance, BPJS, and other health benefits.
- Handling general employment letters for employees.
- Managing office purchasing related to People Ops and benefits, including procurement of office supplies, equipment, and materials.
- Managing day to day office service.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Google tools such as Google Docs and Google Sheets.
- Fast learner with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience as an intern in HR or people related is a plus.
