- Provide analysis and recommendation to increase effectiveness of organization
- Periodically update data - such as job description, employee data , and organization structure.
- Develop and monitor the implementation of talent development, including monitoring career path and competency tracking.
- Managed good communication and deliver management update policy to PIC department
JOB REQUIREMENT :
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering or other
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in HR area, preferably as Organizational Development ,Talent Management or HR Business Partner
- Having experience in Manufacture industry
- Good interpersonal and communication skill..
- Good command in English.both oral and writting is a must
- Willing to work in Cibitung - Bekasi
