Hr Organization Development & Business Partner Officer

• Provide analysis and recommendation to increase effectiveness of organization
• Periodically update data - such as job description, employee data , and organization structure.
• Develop and monitor the implementation of talent development, including monitoring career path and competency tracking.
• Managed good communication and deliver management update policy to PIC department

JOB REQUIREMENT :

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering or other
• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in HR area, preferably as Organizational Development ,Talent Management or HR Business Partner
• Having experience in Manufacture industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skill..
• Good command in English.both oral and writting is a must
• Willing to work in Cibitung - Bekasi
