Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute programs and event
- Responsible for the development of training programs aimed at aligning employee performance with organizational goals.
- Promote a customer focus culture and other value in the People and Culture function as well as other departments, ensuring professionalism and accountability in delivering services to staff, leaders and partners.
- Contributing to creative ideas for department activations and contents of Social Media
- Manage and create Social Media Content and Develop content visuals using basic design tools such as Canva (and photoshop is a plus) if deemed to be needed
Requirements :
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) from majoring in Psychology / Graphic Design
- At least 2 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Have a good communication, good interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, creative and good presentation skill.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel)
- Familiar with using social media accounts such as Instagram
- Communicative in English both spoken and written
