Uraian Tugas

Requirement :

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any Major.
  • Min. 2 years of relevant or similar experience in an HR role, a candidate from the HR Services/Outsourcing company/MIGAS/EPC Company/Holding company with several projects industry is preferred.
  • Great team player, interpersonal skills, multitasking, detail-oriented, leadership skills, and the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Having good engagement with clients is a must
  • Strong moral and ethical code.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate competency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent administrative skills.
  • Comprehensive literacy on Payroll practices and legislation (Tax, BPJS, labor-related) is mandatory
  • Familiar with Manpower Regulation
  • Eager to learn, Hands-on experience with Payroll Software (HRIS) is a plus.

 

Jobs Description :

  • To supervise and manage day-to-day operations for projects in HR services effectively and efficiently.
  • Responsible for leading the team to ensure that all project requirements are delivered on time (employment contracts, working equipment, travel requests, MCU, training bookings, insurance (medical & BPJS), payroll & invoicing).
  • Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries for Employee and Client Requests.
  • Manage good relationships with clients.
  • Proactive in following up on project related matters.
  • To independently monitor and administer documentation for projects.
  • Ensuring the database is up to date and accurate in HRIS.
  • Responsible for projects' monthly payroll.
