Requirement :
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any Major.
- Min. 2 years of relevant or similar experience in an HR role, a candidate from the HR Services/Outsourcing company/MIGAS/EPC Company/Holding company with several projects industry is preferred.
- Great team player, interpersonal skills, multitasking, detail-oriented, leadership skills, and the ability to work unsupervised.
- Having good engagement with clients is a must
- Strong moral and ethical code.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate competency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Comprehensive literacy on Payroll practices and legislation (Tax, BPJS, labor-related) is mandatory
- Familiar with Manpower Regulation
- Eager to learn, Hands-on experience with Payroll Software (HRIS) is a plus.
Jobs Description :
- To supervise and manage day-to-day operations for projects in HR services effectively and efficiently.
- Responsible for leading the team to ensure that all project requirements are delivered on time (employment contracts, working equipment, travel requests, MCU, training bookings, insurance (medical & BPJS), payroll & invoicing).
- Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries for Employee and Client Requests.
- Manage good relationships with clients.
- Proactive in following up on project related matters.
- To independently monitor and administer documentation for projects.
- Ensuring the database is up to date and accurate in HRIS.
- Responsible for projects' monthly payroll.
