Job Description :
● Design and update job descriptions
● Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels
● Conducted interview with candidates (via phone, video and in person)
● Ensuring accurate assessment through behavioral interviewing techniques
and psychological testing
● Advertise job openings in job portal
● Provide shortlists of qualifies candidates to hiring managers,
● Draft salary offer
● Send job offer by emails
● Prepare and distribute assignments and psyco test
● Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
● Collaborate with the managers to identify future hiring needs
● Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
● Working with HRIS for accurate administration and preparation reports time and attandance
● Responsible for office supplies (stationary or other needs)
● Support for HRGA and office administration
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree, from Psychology or any related field
- Minimal 2-3 years experience in talent acquisition or recruitment and especially in manufacture company
- Experience in excecuting various position and level (must have recruit for IT positions)
- Able to deal with many stakeholders and users (especially C level)
- Handle tasks related to employer branding will be additional value
- Handle in HR administration
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop effective sales and marketing strategies
- Attention for detail, highly organized and multi-tasking to handle several things and timelines simultaneously
