Hr Sales Executive

Job Summary:

HR Sales Executive is expected to attract, recruit, and match talents to meet client needs efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• To understand client requirements and foster long-term relationships with them;
• To be able to recruit and attract talents (e.g. job advertising)
• To evaluate talent’s profile and resume in
• Source talents using databases, social media, roadshow etc.
• Assume responsibility of pre-interview screening
• Match the most suitable talents to different positions
• Create relationships with job seekers and provide advice
• Provide service delivery between talents and clients
• Facilitate and finalize agreements between talents and clients

Job Requirement:

• Preferably 2 years’ experience in Business Development/related role (recruitment agencies). 
• Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor or equivalent degree in any field
• Preferably having experience in servicing SI, corporate client or key account management
• Good knowledge in IT/related industry
• Proficient in English speaking and writing
• Good presentation and communication skills
