👑 Job Role
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and expand market share.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to engage with potential corporate clients through targeted prospecting and networking efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to tailor solutions to meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals and meet revenue targets.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
⛩️ Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Sales Executive or in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's (S1) or Diploma (D3) degree in any discipline.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner with a passion for sales and a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Aptitude for delivering engaging and persuasive sales presentations.
- Must have own vehicle and valid driver's license.
