Qualification:

• Min. bachelor degree in Phsycology
• Minimum Experience 2 years in the field of Recruitment & Training.
• Excellent in phsycology tools test.
• Excellent in recruitment process & BEI interview technique.
• Excellent in communication, high integrity, aware and commit to tasks, willingness to learn and have growth mindset.

Job Description:

• Executing recruitment process (attracting candidates, screening, test / psycho test / assessment, interview) to fulfil manpower needs.
• Responsible onboarding to new employees.
• Creating internal training modules and execute culture transformation strategy.
• Manage data and create recruitment process reports.
• Involved in developing and improving the recruitment process sustainability
