Responsibilities:
Talent & Culture will be support all the process that related to Talent Acquisition and Culture Engagement in NPCT1. This Position will be responsible to:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Assist, monitor and conduct all talent acquisition end to end process.
- Design and implement inclusive recruitment and selection processes and evaluation systems that drive the growth and effectiveness
- Talent branding and leads employee onboarding, offboarding and promotes internal opportunities.
- Engages and facilitates organization’s needs and expectations to attract and retain staff.
- Culture Engagement:
- Assist all aspects of people-management, corporate culture and organization development effectiveness that related to company values.
- This position focused and fosters promote of an inclusive organizational culture building that builds employee value and empowerment.
- Create compelling, engaging initiatives, events and learning opportunities that help all staff members experience the benefits of inclusion for themselves, colleagues, and company.
- Promote a positive culture through an environment that encourages open communication, trust, mutual respect and fun.
- Support performance and talent management management cycle process.
Requirement and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s / Master degree preferred.
- More than 5+ years’ experience in human resources field such as talent acquisition, development and Culture Engagement.
- Agile, creative, good initiative and high level of emotional intelligence.
- Able to communicate both verbally and written in English.
