Our client, a Japanese Trading House is urgently hiring for the HR Training, OD & Performance Assistant Manager position with details as below:
Key Function:
- Manage all aspects of performance management, learning & Development, organizational development, and e-Learning for internal employees and subsidiary company.
- Play a key role in organization and succession planning initiatives.
- Assist the HR GL with other company projects as needed.
Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of performance management methodologies, adult learning principles, organizational development best practices, and e-learning platforms.
- Solid knowledge of HR policies and procedures related to performance appraisal, training & Development, career development, and organizational changes.
- Familiarity with relevant HR management systems (e.g., SAP SF, company e-Learning platform).
- Knowledge of HR reporting and data analysis techniques.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a training & Development, performance management, or organizational development role, ideally within a multinational company.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing training programs, conducting performance appraisals, facilitating career development discussions, and managing projects.
- Experience working with HR management systems and e-learning platforms.

Responsibilities:
Performance Management (Non-Administration):
- Manage all aspects of the performance appraisal process, including setting goals, conducting reviews, providing feedback, and analyzing data.
- Facilitate career development discussions.
- Prepare and propose performance appraisal guidelines and schedules.
- Conduct calibration meetings and update performance appraisal files.
- Manage promotions process, including collecting data, recommending candidates, and preparing materials for interviews.
- Provide support to employees using SAP SF for performance appraisals.
Performance Management (Administration):
- Manage OJT probation process, including scheduling meetings, monitoring completion, and preparing documents.
- Launch and monitor performance appraisal forms in SAP SF.
- Arrange meetings for calibration and promotion.
- Prepare documents for promotions and probation decisions.
- Update employee career information in HR systems.
Learning & Development (Non-Administration):
- Develop and implement training plans for employees at all levels.
- Liaise with departments to collect training needs and requests.
- Facilitate training sessions, both online and offline.
- Collect and analyze training data and feedback.
- Develop e-learning content and manage the company e-Learning platform.
- Launch and monitor online courses for new employees.
Learning & Development (Administration):
- Arrange meetings to plan training programs.
- Assist trainers with developing training materials.
- Monitor completion of online courses and collect feedback.
- Manage training attendance information in HR systems.
- Liaise with external vendors for e-learning platform maintenance and renewal.
Organization Development (Non-Administration):
- Assist with succession planning initiatives by collecting data, facilitating meetings, and preparing documents.
- Analyze organizational data and prepare reports on headcount, demographics, and other key metrics.
Organization Development (Administration):
- Share formats and collect data for organization and succession plans.
- Arrange meetings and prepare documents for organizational changes.
- Update employee positions in HR systems following organizational changes.
- Upload headcount information to relevant portals.
