JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Assist in the establishment of legal control systems and processes for Indonesia company and identifying risks in the company's processes
- Review the company's contract documents, draft relevant contract texts, and provide legal advice for legal consultation
- Responsible for maintaining and managing certificates, seals, contracts and legal documents, etc
- Conduct coaching activities, training, and activities related to developing the ability, potential, mental, skills, and knowledge of employees
- Manage various HR administration tasks, including reporting on the recruitment progress, maintaining attendance records, updating employee databases, organizing employee documents, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulations
- Monitoring government regulations related to UU Ketenagakerjaan, legislation, and employee benefit trends
- Maintain issues related to compensation benefits and able to communicate properly to employees
- Maintain good communication and coordination with third parties such as, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, ect
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required Skill(s): Legal Drafting, Legal litigation, Compensation, Benefit, Legal Opinion, Legal Research, Training and People Development, Reporting Skill, Microsoft Office, Computer Literacy, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, Filling Management, general correspondences
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
- Excellent in prepare, create and follow up on legal agreement with bilingual language
- Experiences in handling BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan
- Able to handle recruitment and fulfill the resources requirement in tight dateline
- Proficient in Ms. Office, Computer literacy is a must
- Good communication skill, able to work as team
